Within 3 days, this gray, splotchy, wavy pattern started appearing on ALL of the blinds in ONE side of the duplex.

I recently was replacing vinyl blinds at a property and noticed within hours of putting them up, they seemed off colored and splotchy.

[2] Did you like living with the busy splotchy looking pattern or would you have preferred a solid or a more conservative pattern?

When I purchased my four plex it was mid/late year and I didn't quite have the time/$$ to fix up the lawn before winter.Fast forward to now and I have dandelions everywhere, no "grass" to speak of (unless you count crab grass), and general splotchy coverage.

His 5 yr old daughter "painted" doors and a few walls in her bedroom and the master bedroom a splotchy red.  

My instinct is telling me this is a difficult seller as we asked for them to repaint the home due to the runs in the paint as well as missed and splotchy areas throughout the house.

It would be my first choice, followed by granite, but not the old splotchy granite of a couple decades ago.

It's looking pretty uneven and splotchy. 

To my eyes: the carpet looks splotchy, only some of the walls like they have a fresh coat of paint, etc.  

If you want to attract a higher quality tenant, they are not going to be cool with splotchy walls.
