Hello Bigger Pocket Pro Members,I'm seeking guidance on finding lead source companies.

From purely a lending perspective, the projections from AirDNA and Rabbu are the only commonly accepted sources for underwriting a short term rental purchase or refinance DSCR loan.

Are there any on-line government sources of truth for any particular city's future infrastructure/expansion/city planning plans or any private company tracking these initiatives? 

Every lead source that sends you leads without vetting them is warm garbage now.

Do you have a source? 

IE if you are wanting to wholesale which I don;t reco today, its too hard, you want a list of high equity owners BUT BUT the value is in figuring out a source of stress, a reason why the owner is on the virge of wanting to sell. 

There's no true data source that aggregate all the data that you look for (at least to my knowledge).

If you're looking to list REO properties, then there are several sources, REORenegades is a great source, and REOMAC conferences and dinners (to network), along with the National REO Brokers Association www.nrba.com.

I'm not sure if I'd like to take a chance in sourcing new tenants in the area and hoping I don't get bad ones, given that the area seems to be one that lots of people stay away from.
