They're basically two different skill sets and it's fallacious thinking to assume you can do one because you can do the other.

I am now at the point where I want to learn how to raise private money, learn how to under write smaller deals, learn wholesaling and utilize my next five to seven years quite wisely combining my building skill sets, circle of influence  with wealth generating skills. 

I've used Magnolia title a lot, Josh Hunter is the owner and has bought properties.The weird thing about the tax professional is that they are saying the value has to be 400k but i don't see why.
