I heard that the correct way of legal structure should have been a Wyoming LLC registered in California should have been the single member of all of Indiana LLCs.

If you do have a TX LLC just to hold a TX property, you still have to register in CA as a foreign LLC, which still means paying the CA LLC tax.

Essentially, because my van is not registered to business license or LLC, and the income is not active business income, then the vehicle could be classified as personal use.

@Cameron Porter here are steps:1) Pull PRD to find taxpayer name & address2) Use Michigan Business Lookup if an LLC- Use Google Streetview to see if address is home or office & check registered agent--- Many investors use their name & home address when forming LLC3) Get a whitepages account for $10/month to search names & address for phone(s) & email(s)4) Start calling & emailing!
