1: If I was in charge of creating the app I would implement AI to get more information on properties and determine comps.2: I would completely redesign the GUI(Graphical User Interface) because even the website could be improved it looks like someone with little experience created it which was smart to do in the beginning but now you guys have more money it’s time to upgrade.

I get that you’re trying to drum up business for your interior design services, but i’d recommend replying to other people‘s posts with helpful info, not spamming this forum with new posts that don’t introduce anything insightful.Finally, for folks reading this, I would add that there are amazing interior designers in places like Romania and Brazil and Sri Lanka who will do complete redesigns for you at very inexpensive prices.

That means government (big or small, local or Washington DC) redesigns and rezones and seizes land to effectuate the redesign and rezoning.

I do not think it would cost too much to tone it down howeverI got a $10k quote (minus fees) from an interior decorator recently to redesign.

In Oceanside where I live, if your existing home is under 1200 sqft it can be redesignated as the ADU then the new property you build will be the SFR "main house".
