But, it seems like good intentions may’ve been there from the operator’s side, but maybe some puffy expectations were pushed toward the OP also.It is ultimately the Buyer’s responsibility to properly evaluate the investment prior/during purchase (appraisal, inspections, market evaluation, expectations, etc).
