It is a done for your type of program but they do teach you how to do it as well.

While I personally have never done this, I would be cautious about spending too much unless you have some verifiable references to the program.

If these courses are so great and teach you everything you need to know, WHY were these people coming to me, to learn the business?

The program literature seems pretty good, and the principles seemed to be teaching solid principles, strategies and techniques.

I am evaluating Blair Halver's Dealbot system or pipeline system  does anyone have experience with his program or success with it?

There are a lot of programs out there.

Not even Ivy League master programs in real estate provide the representations and guarantees these mentorship programs provide.  

But on this specific guy, I jumped on a call to explore the program and it was a high pressure sales call, it did not feel organic, not trustworthy and certainly did not feel the right fit.Why would someone spend 10k on a so niched-down space of real estate when they can get someone for the same amount to teach him/her everything?  

Has anyone joined or spoken to Carson and Jackson Weiner about their mentor program to buy/sell land?
