You would think that with all that income, they would let you use the product for commercial use.

Its great awareness for investors to know products coming. 

I had a call with Simpletalk a few months ago and seemed pretty interesting but haven't pulled the trigger yet as it is costly.I know services do white labels and people brand it into their own AI call services, which mean a lot of these AI calls may actually be the same service...How much does Air AI cost?

Based upon the screenshots of the software it looks like Investor's Edge software is just a white label of Propstream. 

Be aware if their payment is clearly labeled "for rent only" or similar, and in that case, only apply it to rent. 

But make sure you make a file labeled "why I intended to hold this and what changed".

I'm not sure I would label this result "saving money" for your client, and I'm not sure I would brag about it.

Sadly, on BiggerPockets, some are quick to label companies as scams without real experience.
