I wouldn't consider myself in the predator category LOL. 

Just got off the phone with the zoning guy and he said since both of my lots pre-date the zoning regulations in the city, they're grandfathered in so-to-speak, which means I am able to build a single family on each one!

what kind of investment was/is this  a little more detail may protect others if you think this person is a financial predator.

Initially SB13 provided protection for 5 years for unpermitted units that pre-date the ordinance.  

I had been starting to catch onto the way he was manipulating me at this point and I do think he noticed me noticing which was scary in of itself to be examined in such a way, like sitting across the table from a predator whos meal he had paid for with my money I was forking over to him for all these months.

Obviously some of the problems fighting the fire are cause by poor land management and predation.

Hi @Sumit B.To start off, Cape Coral does have a 7 day rental minimum, however, this is an ordinance that pre-dates the STR industry and was originally targeting transient housing. 

Yet should we call you a predator?
