It has been bad for the general US populace and good for a select elite group of US and international business interests who now seek to manipulate the masses to believe ending it will be bad for them, the people.Balance is what needs to be restored and the tool as old as the nation to do such is tariffs.  

These are full-time government employees and at a lower risk of trashing your place than the general populace.

So it's just a word game, that's it that's all, a word game to INFER a meaning, pandering to a segment of populace. 

So let's see we have no achieved RAISING the cost of entry real estate by $25k, ADDED more tax's to the populace, but hey, that sprinkling of the 1 demographic, they thank you for that $$$$.

The government has an interest in ensuring its populace isn’t exploited and consumed.

Attacking the weakest & poorest amongst our populace while younger individuals are forced to endure complex lives and can't even get their half-working brains to even see whats truly happening to the life of the one person who stuck their neck out for you every darn time you got yoir young butts in trouble!

But because a certain unsophisticated part of the populace believes he possesses hundreds of millions of dollars, he is targeting for lawsuits by the attorneys general of at least 3 states, as well as two private law firms trying to put together class action suits.

Talk to any tax expert and they will tell you that the majority of the tax code is designed to encourage the populace to start businesses that provide the benefits to society that the government deems desirable.

The vast majority of the populace are clueless and incredibly scared about going at a transaction without an agent. 

Seems like you're dealing with a highly educated populace that tends to know the value of their home (which would seem to make a direct mail campaign incredibly tough).
