Secondly, besides unknowingly starting high school pony tail pulling matches, you're going to LOVE BiggerPockets.

I am the balding guy with the ponytail (consider banding up scalp!).  

That I didn't look like my picture (sorry, but I was cleaning the unit all day and didn't wear make-up and had my hair in a ponytail). 

So lets say you are alone walking home, with your fishnet stockings on, high heels toes painted pink, your long hair nicely in a pony tail and your mustache neatly trimmed (you weirdo) and this is a one way road you are walking on mind you.. and further up ahead you see a violent gang causing ruckus.

One of my favorites is a lady with a ponytail and a whiteboard who explains the numbers in a simple way - you just have to get past the Chrismas lights she's strung around the board.I'd love to hear your thoughts and am really hoping this might be of some use to you folks!

Long hair might be in a pony tail, you'll figure taht out.

A lady pulling up in her Corolla and a ponytail to have an honest discussion and to help them has gotten me much further than dressing for “success”.

When I'm on site (when no inspector is expected) I'm dressed down, no make-up, hair in a pony tail, so definitely not using any assets.

People make judgments on looks....whether is it someone full of tattoos, someone with a ponytail, a beat up looking car, or a house needing paint.

@Henry Lazerow many years ago I had a long ponytail and wound up consulting with a world famous business school for admissions, eventually joining the admissions committee and working full time as an admissions officer.
