Is it loaned up with fees, poins and high interest?

Ofcourse I am aware of other states too but using Texas as a starting poin 1.

I am buying one in Battle ground today that I will let you take a swipe at.... trashed house.. vacant neighbors encroaching.. looks like some one squatting in a travel trailer.. but lots of PO in this one..

They send our mail 70 miles west to be sorted, then they drive it back, past our town to the PO in the next town.

Also short sales are such a poin in the rear and take so long many feel it is not worth the trouble. 

Although many adamantly sell the necessity of a LLC it is rare to find any one that has actually been protected by it above that provided by insurance coverage.It will complicate financing some what so it really boiles down to how much psychological security you require at this poin in your business.
