I guess I am a pessimist but here is why this will struggle:1.

I was being too pessimistic in that regard.I'm glad the overall message was received as intended!

I don’t mean to be pessimistic but I’ve talked to other CA investors who were ripped off by contractors, properties vandalized etc, especially Class C being far away. 

Pessimistic minds are the ones who ignore opportunities and you don't wanna be on that team.- Things will take time, effort and hardwork to mature.
