This would be our second duplex house hack, and while it's been a great investment, the neighbor our current duplex is located in is not the worst, but not the greatest either, especially when it comes to school district.

They are summed up separately and then at the bottom I can add everything up to see what all properties are combined bringing in. I

The best order I usually post mine in is Exterior first (dead center front of the property), then interior, and overhead at the end.
