Due to a huge overproduction of lawyers nowadays ..they became very talkative during the first “free” consultation ;-))You need to follow LLC “rules” separate bank account, LLC name, lease agreement under LLC name, thorough operating agreement (not some internet template) …etc.

We are all troumaticed from what happened ten years ago, but that was not an economic recession, it was a sub-prime mortgage crisis combined with a overproduction on new homes (a LOT more supply than demand, often driven by speculation and hot money).

This time, inventory is VERY tight - we had a massive overproduction in 2004-2007 and have seen inventory levels rise every year.
