I used to be a 4-5 whole eggs (+/- oatmeal) guy, then started 1 whole egg + egg white omelette with assorted veggies - game changer.Cardio - used to hate it but I am now a believer.

Just like the breakings eggs / omelette analogy, the saying in real estate should be that become successful, you must be willing to have a few doors slammed in your face. :)

The other two units need omelette remodel including windows and doors to match the other 3 units.

I just spent about 100 on 2 big sautee pans with lids, big sauce pan, small stockpot and omelette pan. 

The unit has been turning so hot that it seems like I can make my breakfast omelette on top the HVAC unit :-).
