IMHO the sweet spot in the single family market is the four bedroom, and there is certainly a level of "frantic" in prospective renters right now.  

So far, so good.I then received a series of frantic emails from both tenants (they are a couple) claiming amongst other things that the painter had moved all of their bedroom furniture, leaving everything for them to put back, and that the painter had interfered with personal items.

I'm going to hear a whole lot of frantic yelling clients pretty soon if I don't get back to work :) Clock is ticking to get deals on the books for 2016!
