No, in this particular case it's not 700k property being sold as 500k if it's offered cash.Cash offer in my case helps with 30-40k.

I will say anyone offering this should be giving you all the pros and risks of the flint marketplace.

I've managed up to 400 rentals and never offered a concession.

I would keep the carpet neutral but something easily washable cleanable.As others have said, I'd add other decorative objects like artwork.
