As per their terms of use, "The Site is provided solely for your personal noncommercial use."

A few comments from my perspective (and after reading @Dan H. comments):I agree with Dan, and view this as a negative cash flow property as well, given that more than 20% down was necessary to make it work with what I suspect is a non-commercial 30 year note given the interest rate. 

My best that I expect beat virtually all non commercial residential is over $20k/month- incredible rent growth.  

Even in the nascent years of Communism, the idea was dead within 10 years; the Soviets only managed to recreate a society of oligarchs and peasants under the lip service of equality.

In addition, due to them being eligible for conventional non-commercial financing they typically have lower cap rate than 5 units and more.  

My best appreciating are over $10k/month of appreciation and similarly I suspect this beats virtually all other non-commercial (<5 units) residential RE in my market. 

In non-commercial residence (<5 units), the vacancy is large impact to cash flow s as nd it typically is worth having rent not at the top of market.  

Commercial MF decline is already impacting, in my market, non-commercial MF.  5) not everyone has the ability, desire and/or time for active investments. 6) syndications provide easy means to diversify   This includes geographical, asset class, and value add.  

Some businesses won't be allowed on non-commercial property.
