Hey BP Family,A neighbor of mine passed away about 2 months ago and I have been trying to contact the family (trust) to see if they were going to be selling the property.

This is in large part a neighbor to neighbor issue.

But the neighbors feel that there are two more adults for sure. 3. 

Who do think will be sued should the neighbors get tired of all of this?  

My realtor told me that there's been happenings of neighbors turning in people who are doing STR's and getting investigated by authorities, resulting in fines & such.  

You should start by talking to the neighbor.

(for instance, this property has a backyard that could become parking; however, there is no way to access it unless the neighbors allowed us to use there driveway to get there).* Are there any other downsides I might not have considered with street-only parking?

My last AP claim was a fence 4' past the property line and a neighbor claiming the land under AP.
