I am active duty military and I will be PCSing to NAS Pensacola, hopefully, within the next 6-12 mos.

The applicant had this RE agent fill out my automated application on the web and did a terrible job of it leaving it amazingly incomplete with a bunch of "N/As" just to try and rush this applicant through.I waited for 48 hours and reposted. 

It's a very affordable Florida beach market relative to the rest of the state of Florida & it is home of the US Navy's Blue Angels over at NAS Pensacola.I'm happy to discuss this further with you if you're interested in seeing my AirBnB for context & if you would like to connect to hear more about what you've researched so far. 

I'm going to be stationed at NAS Pensacola but my wife will probably be working at Hurlburt Field or Eglin AFB. 

The NAS is trying to bring the hammer down on wholesalers by lobbying local and state governments to ban or regulate wholesaling.

@Steven P Daugherty I would recommend looking at East Hill, North Hill, East Pensacola Heights, Cordova Park and West Pensacola (Navy Point) near NAS Pensacola.

I service East Tennessee but would go farther afield if the opportunity was right.Factors like travel, equipment cost, insurance, FAA NAS (national airspace system) research for the prospective area, weather monitoring etc. all take time and money, so I turn down jobs regularly that expect bottom dollar.
