I go to Sams and buy a big pack of toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, paper plates and a $50 gift card to the local pizza place with a nice welcome card.

I put it inside of a tissue and brought it with me to the closing. 

I recommend we invest in tissues.

With my build, I don't look fat and I am quite muscular but I knew I was carrying too much fat leading to high BP, acid reflux, not feeling good, etc and I was highly motivated by food in general. 

I tell them what I want done in a check list format, and what I want them to resupply and restock the units with. 4 rolls of tissue paper, 4 water bottles, etc.

Apparently a smoker lung looks way darker and the tar is so thick In It that when you push on the tissue wIth your thumb, brown goo comes through the surface

Even so, the only thing that any tenant SHOULD put down the toilet is toilet tissue...nothing else!

They are basically mutts that have those unique features of muscular body and boxy head.

Average all of the comps in the market, to ignore the bottom of the market is sure path to earning some scar tissue
