Since it is section 8 required repairs you can always contact the case worker and see the ramifications of waiting to give the tenant time to mourn.

I would like to know what an investor should be doing every day to become knowledgeable and successful.so if it's not to much, I'll like to know what are yall daily rountines, like from mourning to the afternoon (or whatever) and how much time do yall give to different task.

not an easy situation , i would just have a talk that you feel bad , you allowed him time to mourn , but you can't really do this . you will help him try and find a smaller 1 bedroom , or studio and will be happy to work with him . tell him you and him have a great relationship and you don't want it to sour because of this . i think once a person falls behind , 90% will continue the downward spiral .

You are in mourning and it is okay to work hard and complete personal goals that have nothing to do with money.

yep - but it isnt hurting my bottom line and we just adjust and continue on.....Mourning times gone by (1% rule) is just backward looking and isnt going to help you reach your financial goals.... 

I still mourn for the old Austin...way, way, way before 14 years ago ;)
