I'm at one week since the conference and becoming a Raisemaster and not only did the conference really AMP me up, having the modules at my disposal over the last week has helped the momentum grow.  

@Kevin Wood: Fixed Asset Management module is included in the QuickBooks Accountant version where you can calculate the depreciation.

Their academy modules and webinars are super helpful as well.

At $15K a year, that's just bare minimum without any of the other modules that Yardi offers.

When I quote people for projects, I'll use ChatGPT, I have a module I spent hours on pricing jobs correctly in NY.

HubSpot offers a free CRM, however if you want to add more modules (for Sales and Marketing), it can quickly get expensive.

I went through the training module and didn't see that as a submittable claim, but it's a good question - I'll have to ask my rep about that.  

The modules are over 40 videos and weekly calls that happen 3 to 4 times a week geared to mentor you along the way till your units start producing like they should.

I have been trucking along with Kai Andrews course, through 3 modules already.
