@Minh Nguyen - what do those percentages represent?

Long story short, I spent about 3 months figuring out how to make half-decent drawings and refining and adjusting them to code.We started work on the basement at the end of May with Minh and by the middle of September the basement was transformed into a luxurious 2/1.That still left a lot of landscaping work, but my wife and I tackled that over the next 3-4 weeks in addition to the furnishing.

I would third to hear @Steve Vaughan, and @Jay Hinrichs, I would also like to hear from @Minh Le , or @Bill Gulley as well.

Back in the Middle Ages, when I was a commercial broker, there was a guy named Minh Ho who made three or four offers on properties per WEEK.

Whether they are an illegal alien or not.With that said, I suspect illegal aliens would usually make great tenants for all the reasons @Minh Le stated.

@Minh Le shared a lender with me who is doing 70% LTV investor loans, stated everything / no doc (in CA, and at 7+%).
