I think that this is a marvelous endeavor.

Kind of marveling, in the back of my head, at how well REI supports retirement income, but not really groking it.

This is a marvelous idea!

Over 5 years ago, I used to marvel at the architecture of this building and told myself that I'd own it one day and reimagine it.

Unfortunately satisfying a BRRRR & marveling at the spreadsheet cash flow and equity are what lead to purchases in stagnant markets and very few who invest in these assets pay any attention to the fundamentals that lead to meaningful appreciation where a gain can actually be realized. 

This would be quite the analytical marvel to even effectively ESTIMATE this with any reasonable level of certainty/confidence (even for someone appropriately trained). 

They start again with marvellous example on how good they are, letting new student to speak about how great they have done since they signed up for the Elite Program. 2 hours of brain wash... 

For Marvel fans and luxury home seekers alike, this is an opportunity to live in an icon’s legacy.

One more thing, once you get the lawyer involved if needed--they are cheaper than you think for this--you can disengage with the tenant which is marvelous. 

I always marvel at the fit and finish of wood molding on Old homes, particularly stain grade where there was no caulk used to fill in gaps.
