It helped land him a 6 figure job out of college working for a large family office that builds 200 to 500 unit apartment complexes in the SE US.   

I’ve considered Midwest, the MidSouth or SE US, but it’s tough to know every region’s potential.

Cleveland, Detroit, Duluth and the whole upper Mid West have access to fresh water and won't have the same humidity heat events as the growing SE US.
