For a landlord, I know it all too well as my brother was put through hell by a totally bogus mold claim from an insane tenant, who went so far as to even claim in her long list of horrible maladies that her newborn son had a deformed, ummm well you know, the one part guys really don't want to be born with it deformed!

Jessica and I might buy one from a wholesaler the Acron theory.In this particular market unless you are ( and there are plenty of these) a hoarder  afraid of people and other malady's you simply list your property and sell it and for probably more than list.a four plex in Beaverton was listed at 450k... my client offered 525k there were over 20 contracts on it and it sold for more than that.. total income all four units.. less than 4k a month...

bank cannot call a loan unless the loan is Due or there has been an event of defaultcommon events of default are:1. alienation of title2. non payment of insurance3. non payment of property tax's.4. late or non payment of a the monthly payments 5. if in the loan docs there are financial reporting requirements ( not common in SFR type loans) primarily you will see these In commercial credit... the other malady's absolutely exits. 

Many are nurses or doctors or construction workers...not "first responders" by trade.They were told it was safe by the govt but we now know they were exposed to levels of toxins thousands of times higher than is considered safe.They overwhelmingly now suffer from many maladies.

I assume you've never had a malady that creates a need for something to boost your appetite or take away nausea.
