If I was located in CA and hired seasonal help during tax "busy season", even if that person was in the trade or business of providing contract admin support to many CPA firms, the #2 test would preclude me from categorizing that worker as an IC in California and I would have to run payroll and pay employment taxes...

It's easy to work with for people who want to get up and running out of the gate and it's flexible enough for experienced site builders and "SEO'ers" to really be able to get additional power out of it.Definitely worth the money (in my opinion); I have no connection with IC, in fact, we are "friendly competitors" in some area... but, the facts are the facts!!!

Its desirable from a renter's standpoint if you have a garage, but not desirable enough to pay more than $50/mo in most cases, more of like an "icining on the cake" sort of thing.That particular property is overpriced in my opinion.

But yes the most important is to maintain you sites because like all of you said it takes time to rank on google ... so I've decided to join for 2/3months learn from them a bit and then hopefully I close 1 or 2 deals from my own resources because I wont get any leads from IC in 2/3 months I doubt or maybe I am wrong but anyway then I will build my own website and use someone to do it.. it is only the budget the issue right now that's it, and I needed my websites to be up and running now .. that's the only reason why I didn't go with leadpropeller because leadpropeller websites looks better !
