@Carol Lam As long as the second mtg and any junior judgments (judgments after the 1st mtg was originally recorded) were named and served in the foreclosure action…they get wiped out.

OK then instead of grazing cows you can graze lama's ... in the states you could hire a land planner that would walk you through entitlements..
