This has caused their asset prices to go parabolic, and has permitted even the least savvy RE investors to become insanely rich in ways that far exceed their investing prowess and/or intellect.

Certainly even someone of your intellect must understand that if you're lying all day in order to promote investments that you do not have a sustainable business model.

AIArtificial intellect is not (at least not yet) a replacement for the actual intellect and experience.

BP also uses volunteer moderators (people with Hollywood good looks and keen intellect, such as myself) with little training or monitoring.

Hopefully someone with a stronger intellect with spreadsheets will comment on that aspect.  

I instead use my superior intellect to creatively manage my business and the people who serve me in it while I kick back and spend loads of time with my family, posting amazing shots of our living our best lives every day on Instagram and Facebook.I am universally loved in my community and my minions and tenants routinely tell me I'm a angel sent by heaven to help them in their time of need.

Then again  the people aren't exactly known for their intellect down there. 

Pandering, plus a low intellect guy who doesn't understan the policies he's pushing.

I hope this isn't too long, but the reason I'm spending time on this post is because you have demonstrated a much higher degree of intellect, professionalism and personal traits by your accomplishments in your profession.

Now I am looking forward to getting into the "Uncomfortable Zone" and dreaming bigger.I love learning new things; especially if they challenge my intellect.
