Most of these course instructors aren't qualified to teach anything but the most elementary real estate concepts and try to make their courses more marketable by teaching concepts they have no business teaching.

One of their so called instructors from one of the training sessions asks the students to go to the five star hotels, or go play golf, or go horse riding, or go hang out at the high end night clubs for the sake of fund raising.

The course has broken website links, broken video links, and there was very little to no actual teaching going on between the student and instructor unless you would be willing to pay even more for that 1-on-1 training.

Sorry, I can see offering a discount for a limited time only, after which the price goes up to whatever the full cost is, but NO reputable seller/instructor is going to literally only give you a total of 10 minutes to make your decision.Sixth, depending on the market you are in, and the specific deals you find, $10,000 could be a ridiculously small finder's fee.
