Hey Steven,I’d recommend reaching out to your county assessor to inquire about the increase.

That will show what proposed tax increase you will see.

I have issues with numbers all the time here, mostly to do with impending property tax increases, so it would be nice to know this too.

It is resulting in increase to housing costs and poor returns for the hands off investor.

You increase rents every year rents aren’t dropping.

As everyone is getting for the holidays to ramp up and the new year to turn, I want to give some insight into a simple thing that me and my team have been doing to increase our ROI by about 10-15% each month.  

The property value has increased quite a bit since then and i would like to increase it, but i wasn't sure it they would entertain it being that its an investment now and not my primary home.
