In the event that a seller was to owner finance a property to a buyer without a SSN, is there a market for the Note to be sold to a note buyer?  

The buyer representation agreement states that the buyer commission amount offered by the seller (usually 2% to 3%) is credited/refunded to the buyer.

Found T&H realty services to be pretty interesting as they provide both buyer brokerage service (to help me find deals) as well as do property management i.e. they are not full turnkey provider necessarily, but reduces some of the hassle for me I guess as an out of state investor. 

Theres not really a good reason to go out and find buyers if you dont have a deal.

It is important to remember that a solid agent is not just opening doors for you, their biggest value would be in the negotiations and right now, buyers have a real advantage if one knows how to go about it.

Saying that you are looking for a good investment property would not be helpful for an agent.
