Each housing authority (HA) provides a voucher amount determined by bedroom and some further define it by zip code or city within their covered area.

Searching through the forums is like my second google, ha!

Ha, hosts anywhere could apply this to their region simply by changing a few verbs and nouns.

HA/ABB which do it automatically.

Those buying close to the city are either breaking even or taking negative cashflow and banking on appreciation (or buying all cash and parking money, ha).If you do consider Lowell, I'd also recommend you check out the Fitchburg/Leominster area as well.
