Local government is NOT "Big Government", there is a distinction between these 2. 

I dont care if the tenant is paying themselves, the government, the tenants parents, etc.

This is how government is supposed to work.

Let’s suppose the Federal Government deports all these folks as suggested by Trump.

While they mostly aren't lying, they leave out a lot of reality.Why would a government funded program like S8 pay MORE than market rents?

When dealing with federal, state, and local NOFA (notice of funds availabilities), do government funds allocated for affordable housing often get depleted from too many developers requesting funds for new projects?

By any chance, do you know if you're eligible for any government grants and/or funding?

I had constant issues with the local government and the taxes were absurd.

However demand is very high, especially for section 8 which also doesn't pay very well because government funding is one of the lowest for Puerto Rico.
