There are many reasons to why they would.I would be careful buying with 100% leverage, and only do so with a sufficient reservae account.Jon wrote:"If the property doesn't work with 100% financing (even if you can't really do that), its not a good deal."

.$100 a bottle...Don Julio Silver is a nice margarita tequila, as is Reublic TEquila, whose claim to fame is an organic tequila developed by Tom Nall, whom I was first introduced to in Terlingua when I met Tom, and what a character he is....Although Jose Quervo is 2% carmel coloring and rot gut...the Reserva de Familia silver is a very fine product for about $54 a bottle...very nice...I think Skyy imports that one...Casa Noble is also one to add to the list, but it can be tough to find...

The reason pesos interest is higher is because of the currency going up and down.BanksBanco PopularBanco BHDLEON Scotiabank Banco Reserva To name a few all these banks I mentioned are strict when it comes to financing.If you have a new construction or need a builder let me know I am developing in the island.
