I don’t know how hard th IRS would frown on it but I’m sure it’s done all the time out in farm country. 

Entry-level salary but certainly nothing to frown upon.

A personal liability policy "MAY" extend to one or two rentals but if you are planning on building a portfolio consider the commercial umbrella.Another thing to consider is that the courts frown on carry high personal liability but low business liability when trying to hide behind the vail.

@Caleb Rehg Just as a note my insurance company frowns upon college rentals and makes me state if I am renting to any undergraduate or graduate students.

I know in my 50 years of being an RE Broker in Multiple states I have had to just go direct its usually frowned upon per ethics but if you think you need to nothing stopping your agent from doing that..  

I know a lot of people will frown upon that but if you can use a credit card, especially with 0 interest, for your investment and then pay it back when you make profits, I don't see why not.

Which most lenders frown upon you utilizing a HELOC to cover EMD, Closing, and Down Payment.

Any attorney general is going to frown upon this seriously.Contracts for deed are not what they used to be.

So, good for you on that, I think that's the best path to success in a field that is generally frowned upon.
