I like his points about building a “team” and not actually asking people to be “on my team”.

Why do you think purchase contracts are so long and have such small print?

But here's the thing: communication within the GP team can make or break a deal.When information doesn’t flow smoothly between team members, it can lead to confusion—and even worse, miscommunication with external parties.

I think that the team and moderators will all be aligned with this philosophically. 

That would take a huge team.
