We've all had good appreciation lately, but the markets seem to be much flatter than they were. 

If you truly can’t find a flattering angle, consider ading a small touch: maybe a new house number plate or a couple of potted succulents by the doorstep.

She appears in the documentary "Am I a Racist" and it is not flattering.  

Flatter tends to be better, but even then you need to make sure the soil is stable to support your structures.  

I'm not sure if you're in the flatter northern half of the State or the hilly south half and/or if a berm could be built in the backyard or who, if anyone, has a yard that joins yours.The challenge of course, if finding the right person.

Texas is a little bit flatter but has a lot of land to buy. 

Vegas SMF is almost always the exact opposite of that. 30+ year old buildings, in less desirable neighborhoods, with flat/flatter roofs and often with shoddy exterior siding. 3) The ideal SMF would be one of those brick mansions they build in the Midwest that look like new for 50+ years, in an area with better weather.
