My intention is not to boast but to inspire and share the significant impact that BiggerPockets, especially Joshua Dorkin and Brandon Turner, have had on my life.I first encountered BiggerPockets at 23 while enduring long 14+ hour days as a pipe fitter on hydroelectric dams in northern Manitoba, working 21 days on and 5 days off shift schedules.Although I was earning well for my age and educational background (I barely graduated high school), the job was unfulfilling and almost toxic, mainly because of the dynamics with the associates in the industry.

We also intended to use our garage for work-outs as we are cross-fitters but we can't b/c we still have so many boxes for the dining room and kitchen still stored in there. 

You are in a great position being a pipe fitter to get into buying places that need some TLC!

For the cost of bath fitters for a little more money depending on the size of the bathroom you can do a total reno.

These guys are welders, fitters, electricians, boilermakers and the like. 

All our tenants are refinery contractors...welders, pipe-fitters, boilermakers, inspectors, electricians, etc.

A qualified gas pipe fitter should be consulted for repairs Sump Pump in Crawlspace: The sump pump in the crawlspace was not functional at the time of the inspection and the pump was full of water.The sump pump should be evaluated by a qualified sump pump installer and repaired as required to allow for propercrawlspace drainage.

Another option if you do not wish to replace the tub is to have it lined (à la "Bath Fitters").
