Hey there.Wondering if anyone can provide some advice on what kind of indicators to look for on a neighborhood level.

What trends and indicators do you look at to keep your thumb on the pulse of market health and trajectory? 

They can't afford the double deposit, indicating they live on the edge at the moment.

So, while you might have fewer tenant issues you might make a lot less money overall!  

If the only indication that he is difficult is not wanting to send his ID to a stranger on Facebook, I wouldn't blame him.

This feeding frenzy has driven up park prices and there are fewer and fewer Mom and Pops to take advantage of. 

I'm starting to hear more chatter about this mysterious "wave of foreclosures" that was a frequent claim/projection back in 2021, which didn't happen then, and by all indications is not going to happen now.

That could mean fewer lending regulations overall, which would be amazing.

The problem comes into play when those milestones are not good indicators of one’s progress towards a goal.
