A property that is 100% occupied is usually a sign of laziness or fatigue. 

There has been talk of Section 8 cuts for literally decades. 

Would transferring the property to an LLC impact my eligibility for Section 121?

I'm doing section 8 in Houston, Tx.

Except the income requirements for section 8 include only the portion of rent they are responsible for.

Too many landlords assume that because a tenant is approved for Section 8, they must also be a reliable renter—but that’s not the case.
