I am a fastidious one:))

To be safe with anything except a fairly new house, you’d need to excavate around the house, parge the outside of the foundation with asphalt, install a dimpled plastic membrane over that, and then on the inside, fastidiously install rigid foam on the floor and walls, spray foam/tape all seams, etc… Then frame, then drywall.Seems ungodly expensive.

Down by me, it is 100% western/cowboy, and yes, the English hunter/jumpers are more finicky, fastidious and spoiled.

Much like planswift (and any advanced program), there is a learning curve and you must be fastidious in the way you set things up.One of the biggest issues I had with Planswift was that it was simply structurally obsolete.

Our contractor was fastidious about sealing off rooms and taping unused doors, but we still found several rooms full of dust.

I am fastidious about our complex and will not waste time with a tenant that is dirty.

You should already know this answer.Beyond that, A) I never show an occupied house except in the rare case where the tenant is a fastidious neat-freak.

I went to one of them and asked a list but she told me i had to check it everyday.Looks fastidious.
