Purchase price: $123,000 Cash invested: $50,000 Sale price: $210,000 House was empty for 2 years before we took over, is was in deplorable conditions but in a C/B- area.

The space was empty before.

I have 2 empty lots that I want to build 2 rental properties on in Decatur, AL, but there is not a lot of new construction in the area.

The Landlord will verify that the rental is empty of all personal belongings and trash and that there is no damage beyond ordinary wear and tear.
