I currently have a large buy and hold portfolio of rental homes in the US, yet I still live in Sydney.It has not always been easy, but with perseverance, there is money to be made in the US real estate market.  

if so what software would be recommended as easy to use? 

Wondering how easy it is to rent these units and how often they are vacant if the tenants are on a month-to-month lease.

Credit score is excellent and the property cash flows, so I'm hoping this will be a relatively easy process. 

It’s not as easy as it was the past few years, and appreciation isn’t infinite.

How easy is it to change the code when a tenant moves out?
