Obviously with the economy downshift over the last week or two, I have lost a significant amount of money in both the TSP an Roth IRA. 1) Should I roll the current TSP and wife Roth IRA amount into a SDIRA and make new payments of 1250+350, so 1600 month to the SDIRA?

@Jack Miller as a fellow OKC investor I want to throw some clarity into this conversation.Multifamily itself is known for nice cashflow, BUT that is almost always referring to larger properties thanks to some great economies of scale you can achieve when you have 48 or more doors in one place.In practice you can expect small multifamily properties in OKC to cashflow LESS than SFR or duplexes thanks to a few factors:- Downgrade in tenant class -- you WILL experience a downshift in your tenants.

I'm reminded of a joke:Buster was a truck driver and while taking his driving test he was asked what he would do if he was heading down a mountain side at 70 m.p.h and discovered his brakes did'nt work.He stated that he would first try his emergency brake and if that didn't work...he would try to downshift, and if that didn't work....he would try to run along side some brush, and if that didn't work he said he would wake up Wilbert (the guy who rides with him), so that he could witness the biggest crash ever.That was my philosophy when I first went into business.
