Is this something smart or doable?

@Shaun OrtizEvaluating distressed properties remotely can be a little challenging but it's doable with the right tools.

Either way its another doable opportunity for a lot of average investors.

Sounds like it might be doable, especially since you have already experienced what it would be like.

and rent, that's more doable, but its not what I'd consider a net profit.Out of the markets you are looking at, personally I'd only give the time of day to Dayton.

Very aggressive, but doable!
