I am not a fan of bluetooth/WiFi locks.

I would still need to change the locks and re-key since I want all locks to be the same key. 

If you aren't in the state to change the locks, who's monitoring the home?

It is a bad idea to screen and then show homes with a smart lock code that I can change?

In every building, that we bought that had common heat and hot water, we seperated those units on to their own devices.

Those certainly discourage contributing to the forums and that’s one area where a dedicated mobile app that leverages on device auto correct capabilities, could help.
