You’re neck deep in Paralysis of Analysis, a virus more debilitating than the Spanish flu, Bubonic Plague, and the latest virus du jour, Covid.I’m no different than you. . .well, I’m Italian, so I’m a better cook and I have three Uncle Tony’s who collect my rents.

It ties into your great grandfather’s troubles during the 1932 depression; your grand parents ability to purchase a home in 1953 for $100 down with a VA loan, and your own psychological well being at having to have a percentage of your income going to pay debt each month.However, unless debt is so debilitating to you that it keeps you up at night and inhibits your ability to make rational decisions, the decision to pay off debt early is merely a function of numbers.  

I have a neighbor whose dog likes to bark and lunges toward a debilitated fence separating our property line.

It doesn't include debilitating attacks that leave people with long term injuries.

If that would be a debilitating thing for you, then think twice about holding onto the house.  

Before my first flip, I wish I had known how debilitating working alone can be.How much it takes out of you to show up at the job site day after day after day and put in the hours alone.

I could lose my job at anytime, but instead of trying to make it impossible for my employer to fire me, I budget, save, and invest so that the effects of unemployment would be less debilitating.
